Recently a religious fanatic stabbed Salman rushdie, a controversial Indian born British Writer on the stage inflicting deadly injuries. Salman Rushdie has been facing the life threat for the past 34 years for writing the novel The Satanic verses. More than 50 people were killed in these 34 years. The Satanic versus is believed to have parts that blaspheme Islam and it's religious founder Muhammad and his wives. Mohammed was portrayed as giving his own thoughts instead of that of Gabriel, the holy Angel to the public which finally was compiled into Quran.
