It is not as difficult or impossible as you think to lose weight or to become or main one's slim appearance throughout their life time. All you need is just a
shift in mindset.


Envision yourself as slim person . Think of what this person would do and believe strongly that you are already that person and start behaving so both in your mind and physical expressions. The reason why we recommend this psychological conditioning is, your body makes it a reality what your subconscious mind believes in. so take advantage of this fact. Do exercise regularly. But don’t stress yourself up. Because this makes your subconscious mind realize that you are stressing this much because you are actually a fat guy. So do it in a stress-free way as if your intention is to make yourself a sexy guy with attractive structure and not do it with much stress as it clearly signals your subconscious mind that your intention is to reduce fat.

             While doing exercise if something at the back of your head says that you can’t do it, push away those feelings and say , hey, I am a slim guy and very attractive . I can’t afford to destroy this slim guy by letting these lazy ideas of procrastination. I really hate this fat guy which I created by my past actions of procrastination and not take enough care about my appearance. So this fat guy is just my past and he has nothing to do with my present endeavour to create the sexiest person that I have and love so intensely in my mind. I  am going to eat only the food that this sexy guy eats. I love this sexy slim guy very much. He is the outcome of my present thought. I create him. So he is my kid and I can’t afford to do anything that damage my kid.

                  The most important thing is that you should not get yourself carried away by heavy dieting and severe exercise in the beginning in an attempt to make yourself slim in a single day. This will tire you out and make you give up on your endeavour to be a slim person too soon. Don’t try to be a slim person all of a sudden by reducing the fat that you have been accumulating for years. Everybody knows it is unnatural and this mostly make you get back to being fat as you starve your body cells so much that it willl react by making you to eat too much and regain your fat body again.

     First accept that it takes time and it can be achieved by only making these steps a habit and not by sudden magic. Make sure that your daily routine don’t get affected drastically by incorporating these habits of doing exercise and staying brisk all the time. Allot a minimal time for these exercises in your daily schedule. Spend very less time doing exercise. The real trick is not in allotting vast amount of time for doing tiresome exercise. But it is really in making these exercises your strict daily routine no matter what.

     You can incorporate it before your daily schedule which you can never avoid like taking bath or brushing. Make it a point you will never take bath or brush your teeth without doing exercise atleast for 10 minutes. Trust me , this works very efficiently and brings a nice magic within months. You can even do it twice a day as the span of your exercise is very short like 10 to 20 minutes. Do exercises as fast as you can so that you can go on with your other daily routines as usual and you wont feel that incorporating these new habbits has any effect on your daily routine at all. You can workout all day long but that is not your ambition. Your intention is to stay fit and not to be a professional body builder. Is it? You don’t even have to place more stress on doing all exercises very perfectly . As long as you don’t feel any uneasiness while doing exercises your way, it is quite okay. So do it your way and at whatever time you find it feasible. There is really no hard and fast rules other than that you should not do exercise soon after your intake of food. In other words you should not do exercise when your stomach is full. Other than this, you don’t have to care about anything else. It is even okay if you have a minimal food before your exercise just to supply you with instant supply of energy. But the key point I want to stress is at no point you should let a day pass by without doing exercise atleast once.

       Another technique to avoid excess food is to bring the sufficient amount of food with an eye on the calorie level to the table. Make sure you don’t have access to excess food anywhere near you or your room. And strike a conversation or watch your favorite television program as you start eating. I know it goes against the widely accepted belief that watching television while taking food is the major reason for being fat as people tend to overeat as they get lost into watching television and do not have any idea on how much they eat while watching television program.

               But we have used the same habit of watching television to reduce fat by incorporating smart changes. First the food level is already measured by you before bringing it to the table or wherever u want to sit while watching television. And I insisted that you should watch your most favorite program that attracts all your attention and you can barely move your hand to your mouth to take food.  This way you eat very slowly. That is our intention actually. You should take food as slow as possible. The science behind that is, our stomach secretes hydrochloric acid to induce hunger. This secretion fades away while the food reaches bowel. The slow it reaches bowel gradually, the acid secretion is stopped in the initial stage of taking food itself. So you no longer feel the urge to take more food.

               Whenever you are given the option of taking a high calorific food that makes you drool for it, think of the fat person that you hate. And also think of the slim person you love so much. This conditions your mind to say no to those urges to take high calorific food. And also you can say yourself that I am disciplined enough to control my urges that destroys me. You can also put it negatively to get a maximum benefit by saying, “I am not such an undisciplined person who has no control of my urges that is going to destroy my sexy appearance. I control my urges and not the other way around”.
