Burn your mental pain through Rajayoga meditation also known as king of yogas

Spiritual healer B.K.Saravana Kumar explains about the actual procedure that burns all our mental pain by practising Rajayoga which is directly taught by God through Brahma kumaris. He discourages people to avoid diverting painful mind into watching television or similar stuff that decreases pain only temporarily. Instead he asks us to focus our attention on God who is actually a point of light like star in the parandham, the golden red place which is the actual abode of God. By doing so, it might be very hard to forget pain initially but once you do it for 2 - 3 days, you will find your pain vanishing permanently out of your mind.
